The current times call for reforms in educational processes. The Covid-19 pandemic had an unforeseen impact on the educational system in all countries. This need for change requires new pedagogies and new methods for teaching and learning. Understanding the need for change is essential for the formulation of adaptive proposals, as well as for the generation of training activities to complement the teaching curriculum. New educational practices lead to a vision of educational quality, with new approaches that allow the continuous (...) integration of knowledge and permanent interaction with the student. This paper presents an analysis of the new teaching methodologies in times of confinement due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19. This study examines the answers of Suarez and Descartes to basic questions regarding the philosophical knowledge of God. It is placed against the background of the reactions to both by Dutch Reformed theologians and philosophers in the seventeenth Century.

The subject of the study is the fundamental philosophical and aesthetic problems in the aesthetics of Pierre Simon Ballanche, who stood at the origins of French romanticism. Two layers of his creativity - explicit and implicit - have been identified and analyzed. It is shown that his ideas about the art of romanticism are verbalized in a strict academic style. The implicit layer, is associated with Ballanche’s artistic prose. It includes philosophical and aesthetic poems, testifying the originality of his aesthetic (...) position. Unlike most French romantics, who distance themselves from ancient culture as pagan in favor of Christianity and medieval art, Ballanche, in his talented paraphrases of mythological stories, romanticizes Antiquity, finding in it the beginnings of future Christian ideas of sublime love, mercy, sacrifice, beauty and goodness. The main conclusion of the study is the conclusion that art, according to Ballanche, plays a leading civilizational role in the cosmogonic-historical process. The core of Ballanche's implicit philosophical aesthetics is revealed - the original concept of palingenesis, interpreted by the author as a radical degeneration of the world for the sake of its future revival; it is precisely this stage of cultural and historical development that, in his opinion, marks romanticism. The author's special contribution lies in introducing into domestic scientific circulation, translated into Russian for the first time and analyzed the philosophical and aesthetic poems “Antigone”, “The Man with No Name”, “The Experience of Social Palingenesis. The aim of the article is to conceptualize the Social in topological and temporal structures. In "Les nouvelles sociologies" Ph. Corcuff sets the theory of society as socio-economic and historical constructs of a sociologist. The authors claim that the social understanding of society present the Social in variable and invariant aspects. This disclose the lack of theoretical tools of comprehension. Only in the space of a philosophical view, the thinking subject considers the plurality as a unity. Various social theories intersect (...) in philosopher's position. Unraveling different "points of view" on society in the process of interpretation creates new meanings. The philosophical concept expresses the identity of the subject and the object. Therefore, the "vision" of a philosopher can be defined as determining and as definable. The objectified meaning of the Social written out by economics, as it were, constantly needs subjective justification and historical legitimation. (shrink)

The purpose of the study is to develop practical recommendations for the development and improvement of the organization and methods of accounting and control of income and expenses of autonomous institutions. The scientific novelty of the study includes proposals for improving and formalizing the classification procedures and, accordingly, accounting for the income and expenses of autonomous institutions for exchange and non-exchange operations, also substantiated the directions for improving the quality of internal control procedures for the implementation of estimates by focusing (...) on the implementation of indicators of the state order, reporting on the results of the implementation of the estimate and the validity of determining the volume of extrabudgetary receipts. As a result, it was found that in modern conditions of reforming the public sector of the Russian economy, it is critically necessary to increase the effectiveness of the impact of accounting and control systems on the activities of autonomous institutions by improving their organization, accelerating the speed of obtaining initial data, using innovative analytical tools that can ensure the selection of the most optimal options management. To date, in modern economic conditions one of the most difficult and controversial accounting issues can be considered accounting obligations, institutions that are maintained at the expense of budgetary funds, which is largely due to the aggravation of non-payment problems. In the deepening of the payment crisis contributes its share and the lack of regulation of the budget system, which concerns the untimely payment of public obligations, which are carried out by autonomous institutions. In this context, the purpose of the (...) article is to consider from theoretical and accounting points of view the obligations of autonomous institutions. As a result of the study different classification attributes and substantive aspects of the obligations of autonomous institutions are highlighted. Also, special attention is paid to the issues of accounting and recognition of obligations, some features of which, are considered on specific examples, namely: the accounting of obligations arising in the process of operations for the supply of goods, works, services and rent. Religion and Laughter in a Digital Society.

One of the most important theoretical and ideological tasks of Marxist philosophy is the critical study of the philosophical thought of the West. In the second half of the 1970s and beginning of the 1980s, the ideological struggle on the international arena entered a new stage. It was characterized by the turn of the forces of imperialist reaction away from the politics of detente to the politics of the "cold war," to the active opposition to the forces of peace, democracy, (...) and socialism. The struggle of ideas has swung back and forth in the context of, on the one hand, a resurgence of reactionary anticommunist tendencies, and the stimulation and expansion of antimilitary movements and the struggles of the peoples for peace and socialism on the other. One of the less well-researched areas in the recent renaissance of the study of Reformed orthodoxy is anthropology. In this contribution, we investigate a core topic of Reformed orthodox theological anthropology, viz. its treatment of the human being as created in the image of God. First, we analyze the locus of the imago Dei in the Leiden Synopsis Purioris Theologiae. Second, we highlight some shifts of emphasis in Reformed orthodox treatments of this topic in response to the budding Cartesianism. In (...) particular, the close proximity of the unfallen human being and God was carefully delineated as a result of Descartes’s positing of a univocal correspondence between God and man; and the Cartesian suggestion that original righteousness functioned as a barrier for certain natural impulses, was rejected. Third, we show how, in response to the denial of this connection, the image of God was explicitly related to the concept of natural law. Tying in with similar findings on other loci, we conclude that Reformed orthodox thought on the imago Dei exhibits a variegated pattern of extensions, qualifications, and adjustments of earlier accounts within a clearly discernable overall continuity. The purpose of the study is to consider the concept of "philosopheme", which allows analyzing such basic categories of philosophical and legal reflections of the writer and thinker F.M. Dostoevsky as crime and punishment and correlating their interpretation with his personal life experience. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that through the disclosure of the content of the philosophems "crime" and "punishment", the existential aspects of F.M. Dostoevsky's anthropological and philosophical-legal reflections are revealed. As a result (...) of the analysis of Dostoevsky's novel "Crime and Punishment", his other works, the writer's letters, autobiographical testimonies, it becomes clear that the core of these philosophies for Dostoevsky is a moral code that allows a person to overcome the" disconnection "and" disconnection " of modern man's being both with himself and with society. The investigations of Aza A. Takho-Godi, devoted to the evolution of concepts and terms in European culture, were ahead of their time and, as it turns out today, paved the way for historical semantics, which turned out to be a kind of independent version of the “history of concepts”: a direction of humanitarian thought aimed at identifying cultural, social, and political functions concepts in their historical dynamics and in relation to a wide field of cultural interactions of a particular era. (...) The impressive results of “historical semantics” in the version of Takho-Godi are connected not only with the masterful and strictly substantiated identification of the developing conceptual core of lexemes, not only with the penetrating intuitions of the living word, but also with the vision of an absolute spiritual context in which semantic worlds are driven not by mechanical causality and not by historical chance, but by a kind of teleology. Comparative study of the theory of knowledge (Islam) with special reference to the philosophy of Ghazzālī, 1058-1111 and Aḥmad Raz̤ā K̲h̲ān̲, 1856-1921.

Sufismus, das Innere, und saria, das Aussere des Islams stellen die beiden Grundpfeiler der Lebensweise des Menschen im Islam dar. Ob der Sufismus jedoch ein rein islamisches Phanomen ist, wurde von vielen Gelehrten diskutiert. Al-Gazali stellte in dieser Diskussion einen bedeutenden Wendepunkt dar. Er deutet den Sufismus als das Aufbauen einer liebevollen und harmonischen Beziehung zu sich selbst, seinem Umfeld und seinem Schopfer. Merdan Gunes geht in seiner Dissertation auf die Entstehung und Entwicklung des Sufismus ein, stellt dabei al-Gazalis Sufismus-Verstandnis (...) dar und erortert die Bedingungen und Gegebenheiten, die auf al-Gazali wirkten. Abschliessend hebt er dessen Einfluss auf den Sufismus im Islam, aber auch auf das Judentum und Christentum hervor, und setzt ihn in Beziehung zu den Philosophen Augustinus, Descartes, Pascal, Spinoza und Erich Fromm. Der Philosophenstreit schreibt eines der bedeutsamsten Kapitel der Geistesgeschichte. Vor über eintausend Jahren wurde er von Ibn-Sīnā (Avicenna) durch seine kühnen, wohl aber umstrittenen Thesen begründet. Eröffnet wurde er hingegen von Ġazālī, welcher das Werk Ibn-Sīnās einer Kritik unterzog. Ibn-Rušd (Averroes) fühlte sich berufen, in diesen Streit einzugreifen und über beide Autoren zu urteilen. Mit seinem Werk hat er den Streit nicht beendet, sondern weiter verschärft. Im Mittelpunkt stehen wesentliche Fragen, die jeden Menschen angehen. Sie werden kontrovers vorgetragen. Karam Khella (...) behandelt den heute noch unentschiedenen Streit und erläutert die einzelnen Positionen. Zum ersten Mal wird die komplexe Debatte übersichtlich integriert dargestellt, aufgeschlüsselt und aktualisiert. Mit diesem Werk schließt Khella eine empfindliche Forschungs- und Literaturlücke und demonstriert die Bedeutung des Philosophenstreits für die Menschen von heute. Die Kontroversen werden nicht nur im historischen Kontext, sondern auch mit Bezug auf die Gegenwart analysiert. (shrink)
